Love Saundra's place! It is perfect if you plan on exploring the downtown area. I was able to walk to my favorite coffee shop 2Tarts, the farmers market, and many other stops. Awesome view, the river was great and we enjoyed the hot tub! Would love to stay there again.

This condo is in the best location in New Braunfels. Close to all the great restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Very clean and comfortable. We will return!!

We had a great time! Location, location, location! That’s what you get! You are perched right on the river, and just steps away from tubing, the pool , or just dipping into the river on your own—like I did! We were worried about the party atmosphere, but there’s security allowing you in and watching for wristbands (provided in the room) so it’s not noisy and chaotic even when a lot of people are there. We enjoyed ourselves and are sure you will too.

The location of this condo is perfect if you're looking to stay here while floating the river. Also, Sandy is a great host. She was prompt at responding when we needed and the check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Definitely would recommend.
